Monthly Plans / Data Packs That Never Expire

Plans and Data Allowances

For regular use, choose a monthly plan; for occasional connections, choose a data pack you can use until it runs out. Start with how often you’ll connect, then consider how much data you need—there’s no need to choose a higher tier based on device count.

Choose Based on How Often You Connect

Monthly plans are designed for regular use, while data packs suit occasional or less predictable access. This page shows the available billing options. Switch tabs to explore each tier, and use the comparison table below for full pricing and plan details.

Monthly Plan: Resets on Your Activation Date

For people who regularly need cross-border access. Tiers differ in the amount of data included each month. Unlimited devices does not mean unlimited data: browsing, video, file transfers, and background apps all use your plan’s allowance. Consider the combined usage across all connected devices when choosing a tier.

Monthly Plan

Everyday Browsing

¥9.9/month

60GB / month

A good fit if you mainly browse websites, message, look up information, and use AI tools occasionally. If your usage is focused and you don’t stream much video, start with this tier and monitor your data use. The allowance is limited: streaming video, downloading large files, and background syncing all use data, so time online alone won’t tell you whether it’s enough.

Monthly Plan

Browsing & Streaming

¥18/month

250GB / month

A good fit if you do more than look up information—you also stream, take online classes, or switch between devices. This tier provides more room for a wider range of activities, not additional device slots. Video quality, viewing time, and file sizes all affect data use. Check your remaining data in the panel rather than treating the allowance as unlimited.

Monthly Plan

Heavy Use

¥28/month

500GB / month

A good fit if you stream video often, work with larger files, or connect several devices at once. A larger monthly allowance can mean fewer adjustments to your usage, but this tier still has a fixed data limit. Plan pricing can’t change your local network conditions, and a higher tier doesn’t guarantee faster performance in every app. Choose a route based on what you’re accessing, and keep an eye on background transfers.

Reset Dates and Upgrade Proration

Monthly plan data resets on your activation date, not automatically at the start of each calendar month. After activation, check the reset date in the panel before planning data-intensive activities such as streaming or syncing files. The listed allowance is shared across the plan, not provided separately for each device.

The price difference for a mid-cycle upgrade is converted into the remaining number of days. Before changing tiers, review the upgrade order and proration shown in the panel, then pay once you’ve confirmed the details. If your current plan is still active, don’t create multiple orders to try to combine benefits. If you’re unsure about your account status, check with support before proceeding.

Included with Every Plan

Choosing a tier comes down to billing type and data allowance. The shared features below don’t cost more based on device count. You’ll still need to configure and verify connections and app access in your client.

Use Across Multiple Devices

Unlimited simultaneous devices. Supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux; choose the relevant client for each device’s operating system. The device limit is separate from your data allowance. When several devices use the same account, keep an eye on the shared remaining data.

International Route Coverage

Coverage across 100+ countries / 240+ routes. Choose based on where you want to connect, then check the regions and route labels in your client. Coverage doesn’t mean every route will suit every app, and your local network conditions still matter. Review the route list and adjust based on your results.

Verify Connections and App Access

Bank-grade encryption. When using AI tools or streaming services, first confirm that your client is connected, then check whether the app is using the expected exit route. Streaming catalogs and playback can also depend on your platform account, regional rules, and route status. Plans don’t include third-party subscriptions or guarantee permanent access to any specific catalog.

Track Your Usage Before Choosing a Tier

Browsing text and streaming video use data differently, so the same amount of time online doesn’t translate to the same data usage. When choosing for the first time, list the apps you use regularly and distinguish occasional access from ongoing transfers. If you have usage history, check how your data balance changes in the panel. Background syncing, automatic updates, and file downloads are easy to overlook, so include them in your estimate.

Monthly plans suit ongoing needs, while data packs work for less predictable connection patterns. Whether you need a larger allowance depends on actual data transfer, not the number of devices. If your needs change, check the proration for a monthly plan upgrade. For changes between other billing options, review the order details in the panel first—don’t assume monthly plan upgrade rules apply to data packs.

Payment Methods and Getting Started

Alipay WeChat Pay USDT

Open the Panel and Review Your Order

Plan cards take you to the plans section of the user panel; they don’t charge you directly. If you’re not signed in, follow the panel prompts. New users don’t need an email address—get started with a username and password. On the plans page, double-check the billing option, price, and included data before placing your order. If you already have a plan, check whether the new order involves an upgrade or changes to your existing benefits.

Follow the Checkout Instructions to Pay

Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT are supported. After choosing a payment method, follow the details shown on the checkout page for that order. Don’t rely on screenshots from old orders or payment details forwarded by someone else. For USDT, carefully check the network, recipient details, and amount shown on the page. We don’t specify an exchange rate or other checkout details here, so this information isn’t mistaken for current payment instructions.

Check Your Account Status After Payment

After paying, return to the panel and check that the order status and account overview reflect the plan you selected. Then go to the client page to access your subscription and client downloads. Don’t assume your plan is active just because the payment window closed. If the payment shows as complete but the panel hasn’t updated, keep your order details and submit a support ticket. Don’t pay again just to try to activate the plan.

7-day no-questions-asked refund policy

Review the Policy Before Requesting a Refund

MeveVPN offers a 7-day no-questions-asked refund policy. Before choosing a plan, you can read the refund policy and Terms of Service to understand eligibility and processing rules. To request a refund, sign in to the user panel and submit the relevant order and refund request through a support ticket. Explain what you’re requesting so support can match it to the right payment record.

For issues with connections, subscription imports, or app routing, include the steps you’ve already tried to help with troubleshooting. Make sure to state clearly in your ticket that you’re requesting a refund; don’t describe only a connection issue and leave your request unclear. Check the original ticket for replies and updates, and provide any additional details requested. We don’t specify refund timing or method here; processing is subject to the policy and the support team’s reply.

Billing and Refund FAQs

When does monthly plan data reset?

Monthly plan data resets each month on your activation date, not at the start of the calendar month. After activation, check your reset date and remaining data in the user panel, then plan your usage accordingly.

How is the price difference handled when I upgrade mid-cycle?

The price difference for a mid-cycle upgrade is converted into the remaining number of days. Before proceeding, review the upgrade order and proration shown in the panel, then pay once you’ve confirmed the details. Don’t estimate the final amount using the difference between full-month prices.

Do data packs expire if I don’t use them for a long time?

Data packs last until the data is used up and never expire. They aren’t billed by time and don’t get topped up automatically each month. Check your remaining data in the panel and choose another plan when it runs out.

What payment methods can I use?

Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT are supported. Choose a plan in the user panel and review your order, then follow the checkout instructions to pay. After payment, check the order and account overview for the status. If anything looks wrong, keep your order details and submit a support ticket.

How do I request a refund?

MeveVPN offers a 7-day no-questions-asked refund policy. Read the refund policy first, then sign in to the user panel and submit the relevant order and refund request through a support ticket. Eligibility and processing rules are subject to the refund policy and Terms of Service.

Do I need an email address to get started?

No email address is required. Get started with a username and password. Keep your login details safe. Once your plan is active, sign in to the user panel to access your subscription and client downloads. Client access is managed by the panel based on your plan status.
