Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
This policy applies to the MeveVPN marketing website and user panel. It explains how data is handled when using subscription services. Third-party payment pages are governed by their own policies. This service processes data only as needed to provide accounts, deliver subscriptions, process orders, and maintain the website.
Account and Order Data
No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are enough. An email address is not required to open an account, and this service does not make providing one a condition of use. The username identifies the account; the password verifies identity and should not be shared in support tickets or public pages.
Account data also includes plan status, data usage, and subscription delivery information. This information is used to display entitlements, calculate remaining data, and manage access. Order records include the selected plan, order identifier, amount, payment status, and refund processing details. They are used for reconciliation and to resolve transaction issues.
When you submit a support ticket, this service processes your description of the issue, relevant device details, and any attachments you choose to provide. Please obscure passwords, subscription links, and other account credentials in screenshots, and include only information relevant to the issue.
No-Logs Policy and Connection Handling
MeveVPN does not record which websites users visit through encrypted routes. It does not store browsing content, destinations, or DNS query history. Connection logs that could be used to trace an individual's activity are not retained, and no historical link is created between an account and the websites it visits.
While a connection is active, the service processes temporary information needed to establish the connection, transmit traffic, and determine its current status. This information is used for that connection and is not kept as connection history. An account's cumulative data usage is billing information: it reflects usage but does not include a list of websites visited.
Service maintenance may use aggregated operating status and error categories to troubleshoot issues, without recording destinations in troubleshooting records. Page analytics on the marketing website and browsing activity over encrypted routes are separate data scopes; the former is not used to infer the latter.
Site Analytics and Local Storage
Website analytics help us understand page views, entry-point clicks, and page errors so we can improve content and workflows. Analytics are limited to this website and its interactions. They may include visit time, referring page, browser, and device category, but not content from external websites accessed through subscription routes.
Cookies and local storage are used to maintain necessary sign-in sessions, save interface preferences, and support on-site analytics. Session credentials in the user panel authorize requests and should not be shared publicly.
You can manage cookies or clear site storage in your browser settings. After clearing them, you may need to sign in again, and interface preferences may return to their defaults. Browser actions affect only storage on your device; they do not delete account or order data held by the service.
Third-Party Payments and Data Disclosure
This service supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are handled by the relevant third-party payment service or transaction network. This service receives the transaction identifier, amount, and status needed to verify an order; it does not ask you to submit your payment account password on this website.
Third parties handle payment data under their own rules. For transactions on public networks, the network determines the visibility and retention of transaction records. Deleting an account on this website cannot remove records from the network.
This service does not sell personal data. If disclosure is necessary to verify a payment, resolve a dispute, or meet applicable legal obligations, only information relevant to that purpose will be provided.
Data Retention and Deletion Requests
Account data is retained for as long as needed to provide the service while the account is in use. Order and support ticket data is kept until transaction verification, after-sales support, and applicable legal requirements have been fulfilled. Analytics data is retained as needed for analysis, then deleted or converted into aggregated data that cannot identify individuals. This policy does not set a uniform retention period without a basis.
To access, correct, or delete account data, sign in to the user panel and submit a request through the support ticket page. This service will first verify account ownership and then explain what can be handled. Records may need to be retained if a transaction dispute is ongoing or if the law requires it.
Deleting an account may make its subscription and account records unavailable. Data in backups is cleared through the backup maintenance process. Access is restricted while it is retained, and it is not restored for routine business use.
Policy Updates and Questions
Policy changes will be published on this page, and the month at the beginning of the policy will be updated. Significant changes to data purposes, processing scope, or user rights will be announced on the website or in the user panel. Where separate consent is required by law, updating this page alone does not replace that consent.
If you have questions about data handling, use a support ticket in the user panel and describe the relevant page, action, and request. For payment and refund rules, also review the Terms of Service and Refund Policy.
